Client Agreement Policy

Scope of Practice

I understand that Kirsty McLintock at Integrate Your Soul does not provide medical advice and that the services offered should not be considered a replacement for the advice and/or services of a psychiatrist, psychologist, psychotherapist, doctor or medical practitioner of any kind.

Integrate Your Soul makes no financial guarantees about any products or services. The only one that can ultimately guarantee your success is you. It is illegal to guarantee results in the medical industry and each individual’s result may vary. No refunds will be made under any circumstances.

Hypnotherapy

Whilst hypnosis has many beneficial effects, hypnosis is not a substitute for appropriate medical attention. Statements and products offered in this service are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure nor prevent any disease or illness. When dealing with a physical and/or mental illness or disease always consult a qualified physician or therapist.

Reiki

I understand the scope and limitations of Reiki. I acknowledge that Reiki is used to help clear and balance energy and not for the diagnosis of medical diseases. If you have a serious illness or injury, Kirsty advises you to consult your doctor prior to your appointment.

I understand that I need to consult with the medical profession for medical issues.

I understand Reiki requires me to actively participate in my own healing and I am willing to be responsible for my own health.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellation/Rescheduling – You may cancel or reschedule your session up to *24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment without penalty. 

Short Notice Cancellation – Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a fee of the FULL amount of the service initially booked *Exceptions may apply

No Show – In the event of a no-show you will be charged the FULL amount of the service booked.

Late Show – Arriving late for your scheduled appointment will result in a shorter session.  The practitioner is not obligated to make up this time due to scheduling constraints.

It is important to advise we cannot keep your appointment for longer than 20 minutes. In these late show circumstances your appointment will be cancelled and the Short Notice Cancellation fee will apply.

Booking Confirmation

As a courtesy you will receive an email confirmation of your scheduled appointment 24 hours prior which also gives you the option to cancel or reschedule if you need.  

Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the earlier of, time of booking or at the end of the session as per the service fee quoted at time of booking. EFTPOS (Mastercard and Visa) is accepted.

Cancellation payments – an invoice will be emailed within 1-2 business days of cancellation notification including full banking details for ease of payment. Payment is required within 7 days of receipt of invoice.
